MDS Connect Web Services

| The MDS Connect Web Services enables
a seamless connection between the vendor office and the Millennium Default
System ("MDS") foreclosure processing software for receiving and sending
information and documentation pertaining to the title orders, mailing, posting
and publication via XML transmission.
Information is transmitted and completed through MDS
Connect, automatically updating the MDS data and workflow events.
Phase I for title orders is scheduled for completion
by the end of 2005.
